CoWorking at the Arts Factory

The second level at The Arts Factory is a coworking space with hot-desks available to rent. There are stairs and a lift to the second floor from the front entrance.

We currently have a 3-Month Special for new clients where for the part-time rate of $175-month, you will receive full-time access and amenities. Please email studio@artsfactorysociety.ca to schedule a visit.

Rental Rates

Part-Time Desks – $175/month
Monthly part-time rent includes 80-hours a month of desk use, a chair, a filing cabinet and a locker. Amenities also include, high-speed internet, 5-hours of bookable board meeting time per month. You will have access to print and copy services ($0.07 for B&W, $0.15 for colour), access to common areas like large kitchen and gender nurtral bathrooms. Part-time desks are $175-month, plus $16 for insurance per person. Deposit required for access fob.

Full-Time Desks – $350/month
Monthly rent includes, 24/7 access, a desk, chair, filing cabinet and locker, your own mailing address and mailbox, high-speed internet, 10-hours of bookable board meeting room per month, access to print and copy services ($0.07 for B&W, $0.15 for colour), access to common areas like large kitchen, bathrooms and meeting rooms. Full-time desks are $350-month, plus $16 for insurance per person.

For both part-time and full-time rentals, the Arts Factory offers free expresso and tea, regular cleaning and maintenance of common areas.
